- 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com/Force.com platform.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform administration, development, data management, integration, security, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, reports, and dashboard management.
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI is a plus.
- Knowledge of APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, controllers, workflows, and REST API integration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience in Force.com custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex).
- Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant engineering field.
- Salesforce.com Admin Certified and App Builder Certified (nice to have).
