Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing Salesforce.com data, processing, security, and maintaining overall system health. Responsibilities of Maropost:

  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and stakeholders to understand and enhance existing processes and requirements.
  • Take ownership of maintaining Salesforce.com data, security, and system health.
  • Contribute to creative solutions by streamlining processes using the latest Salesforce technology to improve platform efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuously improve data quality within the Salesforce.com instance.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to enhance support processes, administrative tasks, development, and change management.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and relevant apps for data maintenance and cleanliness.

Technical Skills Required for Maropost:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Proficiency with Lightning.
  • In-depth knowledge of Reports and Dashboards.
  • Strong understanding across Salesforce clouds and functionality (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Ability to optimize Salesforce processes including changes to applications, objects, fields, flows, approval processes, lightning layouts, etc.
  • Understanding of integration concepts and object-oriented concepts.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to diagnose and resolve technical issues using standard Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Database management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
