Job Description of Procore 2024 Hiring:

As a Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Developer at Procore, you will be a key member of our Business Technology team, responsible for managing the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its integrated systems. The Salesforce platform plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams, making your role essential to Procore’s success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or release support for an enterprise-level SFDC instance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and administration, including custom fields and objects, workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, formula fields, deployment, governor limits, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Passion for Salesforce.com, demonstrated by regular engagement with Salesforce trends and best practices. Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader or Demand Tools. Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, high motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.
• Familiarity with Copado or other Salesforce deployment tools and strategies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities of Procore 2024 Hiring:

• Administer Procore’s Salesforce system setup and configuration, including custom fields and objects, layouts, user provisioning, security, and permissions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce processes and users to anticipate and address configuration, workflow, and permission changes.
• Integrate third-party applications and packages seamlessly with Salesforce.
• Monitor and report on Salesforce system health and usage to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvements to Procore’s Salesforce.com platform.
