Rayden Interactive Recruitment Details:

Responsibilities of Rayden Interactive:

• Develop customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other relevant technologies.
• Utilize process automation tools such as Flows and configure Salesforce to create dynamic and robust solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for process improvements and productivity enhancements, making recommendations to support rapid scaling.
• Define, communicate, and manage a change management process for developing and implementing new applications/code and updates to existing solutions.

Technical Skills Required for Rayden Interactive:

• Understanding of basic OOPS principles and coding constructs.
• Proficiency in writing Apex classes and triggers.
• Experience building automation/flows for complex business processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and solution deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform, architecture, and API.
• Experience using version control software such as GitHub, preferably with Gearset.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• Understanding of Agile methodology/KANBAN.

Certification Required for Rayden Interactive:

• Platform Developer 1 / App Builder / Administrator OR
