Responsibilities of Sinch 2024 Hiring:
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce CRM. Culture and Citizenship:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, customize objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Provide end-user technical support, conduct system monitoring, and perform data import/export activities to maintain data integrity.
