Responsibilities of Sinch 2024 Hiring:

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce CRM. Culture and Citizenship:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, customize objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Provide end-user technical support, conduct system monitoring, and perform data import/export activities to maintain data integrity.
• Assist in user training and adoption initiatives to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to enhance CRM performance.

Job Description of Sinch 2024 Hiring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including configuration and customization.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
