TITAN Salesforce Admin Responsibilities:
- User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and profiles. Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to align with job requirements.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system by regularly importing, exporting, and cleansing data. Manage data security and sharing settings.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user inquiries and issues.
TITAN Salesforce Admin Requirements:
- BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (PST).
