TITAN Salesforce Admin Responsibilities:

User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and profiles. Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to align with job requirements.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system by regularly importing, exporting, and cleansing data. Manage data security and sharing settings.
Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user inquiries and issues.

TITAN Salesforce Admin Requirements:

BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills.
Willingness to work in the US time zone (PST).
