Responsibilities of United:

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, design, and configure Salesforce solutions, and manage projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems to meet business requirements.
• Quickly acquire new skills, including Salesforce administration and functional flow.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs (e.g., BRD, FRD, TDD).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Plan and monitor project scope, ensuring adherence to SOW and communicating variances for change control.
• Assist the product owner in defining value, priority, and scope for upcoming releases and sprints.
• Maintain a functional understanding of business requirements and project solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Utilize tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel to support project activities.

Technical Skills Required for United:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/IT.
• 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis/Administration.
• Proficiency in Lightning Component development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with initiative.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Certification for United:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Airlines industry experience
