WPP Salesforce Success Analyst Role Overview 2024:

You will be essential to our organization’s successful Salesforce adoption and engagement as a Salesforce Success Platform Lead. In addition to helping with everyday activities and offering training and troubleshooting, your direct end-user support will center on Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud functions. You will also oversee a group of people who provide assistance to Salesforce users, making sure that there is efficient communication and problem-solving.

WPP Salesforce Success Analyst Responsibilities 2024:

• Support Marketing Cloud users in creating digital solutions, email campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist Sales Cloud users in managing sales opportunities and client interactions.
• Facilitate data integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud org and Marketing Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with end-users, providing updates on issue resolution and managing expectations.
• Deliver training on Marketing Cloud processes and troubleshoot any arising problems or errors.
• Utilize AMPSCRIPT code to implement dynamic content based on business requirements.
• Assist with the QA process to ensure email accuracy and compatibility across various platforms.
• Document common support procedures for colleagues to follow.
• Provide end-user support via email, team chat, or meetings.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document issues for escalation to the Engineering team if necessary.
• Provide fixes and workarounds, ensuring continued operability of Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud.

WPP Salesforce Success Analyst Requirements 2024:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing and/or Sales Cloud.
• Ability to train users on various processes within Sales and Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience initiating and improving processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
• Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Service desk software like Jira is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and analytics is advantageous.
